BHI launches new concept in mobile servicing
Bin Hindi Informatics (BHI), in collaboration with Samsung Mobiles, is introducing a unique and new concept in mobile servicing - the ‘mobile service collection points’ network in Bahrain.
Under this scheme, which commences on the first day of Eid, customers can hand in their defective handsets to the nominated nearest ‘collection point’, and pick it up the next working day from the same venue, all this at no extra cost, and with the assurance of genuine BHI service and parts, said a spokesman.
Thus the customer need not travel to main Bin Hindi Informatics customer care facility to avail of the service, as is the case now, and with most other dealers.
This convenient service is applicable for all warranty and non-warranty covered GSM Handsets and only covers brands handled by Bin Hindi Informatics.
As of now, the three ‘ Mobile Service Collection Points’ are Sky Phone, Manama, tel no 17224435, Impex, Riffa, tel no 17773277, and Miznoon Telecom, Jid Ali, tel no 17682668. More collection points are to added soon, the spokesman added.
