RAYA CALL CENTRE RELOCATES
The Raya Contact Centre has moved to a new building in the 6th of October City in Cairo, reported TradeArabia. The new facility, which can accommodate more than 800 people and covers 538,000 sqft, was opened by Dr Ahmed Nazif, the Prime Minister of Egypt. The building has the provision to monitor and record all calls, in addition to a security system that ensures the confidentiality of clients’ information.
