Batelco presents gifts to children at Salmaniya Medical Centre

Batelco Corporate Affairs Senior Manager Hatem Altaie and Public Relations Specialist Atifa Ali Bin Rajab recently paid a visit to SMC to meet a group of young cancer patients and their families and also the medical and nursing staff of the hospital’s cancer unit.

During the visit Mr. Altaie and Mrs. Rajab presented gifts to the 15 young cancer victims who are currently being treated either as in-patients or out-patients.

‘Batelco’s aim is to live up to the noble Islamic values of the Kingdom by ensuring that the whole community benefits from the Company’s success by upholding its values of investing, caring and inspiring,’ said Batelco Corporate Affairs General Manager Ahmed Al Janahi.

Batelco annually supports a wide range of worthwhile causes and has contributed over US$15 million in sponsorships and donations since 2003.
